How you count the price?
We have fixed price for the basic hour anu other added services like events arrangement or food packages have extra charges.
What does the basic hour include?
The basic hour includes one sailing hour with full qualified crew and water, coffee and soft drinks for all guests.
Can I postpone or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can as per our policy, terms and conditions you can if you inform us before the trips date at least by 48 hrs.
Can I cancel my booking after confirming it?
Yes, you can as per our policy, terms and conditions you can but that will be at least 48 hrs before the trip date and that will be with deduction 30%.
What if we want to cancel our trip before less than 48 hrs?
We will be sorry there’s no way to cancel it before less that that time because that will negatively affect our whole trips schedule.
How can I add special preferences on my trip if I’m making the booking on website?
You can add all your preferences in notes place and the reservations team will contact you as soon as possible to customise your trip.
Do you have long term trips?
Yes, we have, and in that case, you will get special rates.

Yes, no problem the trip will be like a long trip and you will take discount on it.
