In case of cancelling the reservation, will deduct 30% from the total amount of the reservation.
In case you want to postpone the reservation, you must inform us before 24 hours from your reservation date.
The starting time of the trip will be as scheduled on the reservation, in case you are late on the trip timing the trip duration will not be extended.
The boat will return to the marina ten minutes before the ending time.
The trip will be rescheduled only in case of bad weather or a technical issue.
In case of any damage to the boat or the equipment due to misuse by the guests, the guests will be responsible and the company will have the right to claim financial compensation for that.
Your safety and your children safety are your responsibility.
Must wear a life jacket while swimming.
The children under the age of ten must wear a life jacket while the trip.
Swimming time ends by 6:00 PM.
